Privacy policy — client review required
Draft dated 15 October 2026. Before launch, the agency must approve its legal identity, privacy contact, retention period and procedures. This draft does not certify legal compliance.
What you share and why
The form asks for contact, patient, care and location details to arrange care. Health notes are optional. Share only necessary information, with the patient’s permission or appropriate authority. An adult parent or guardian must arrange requests for a child.
Where details go
Optional secure storage is offered with a separate checkbox. If selected, contact, care and location details are saved in the agency database to arrange a callback. In review mode use synthetic test details only. Review copies expire after seven days and are deleted on the next admin access or request processing. If not selected, details remain in page memory until you clear or leave the page. On opening WhatsApp, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp, a third-party service. Press Send to deliver it to the agency. Copying details puts them on your clipboard. Do not use a shared device for private health details.
Your choices and rights
Contact the agency to request access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal or to raise a complaint. The client must supply a working privacy and grievance contact before launch, explain any legal retention needs, restrict staff access and set a deletion schedule. Consent withdrawal does not undo messages already sent. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs; review their retention and safeguards.
Privacy framework
Designed around notice, specific consent, purpose limitation, data minimisation, security and accountability principles in India’s DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR. Applicability, phased DPDP Rules commencement, children’s data, international transfers and GDPR obligations require client legal review. No analytics or advertising cookies are used. Only language/display preferences and a temporary per-tab receipt (reference, language, return status and time) are saved in your browser. Health form values are not stored there.
